THE LOW & NO SECTOR
The Low & No sector in the drinks industry has seen a rapid and impactful rise in recent years, as 58% of adults worldwide look to moderate their drinking, and 49% of UK adults are either not drinking any alcohol or are planning to cut down soon.
The increasing awareness of wellness, wellbeing and holistic-driven health and lifestyle choices has pushed the demand for healthier alternatives in alcoholic beverages.
An increase in both advocates for better drinking, and producers of better Low & No beverage products, began to change the landscape.

- Alcohol Reduction
- Sugar Reduction
- More Natural
- Functionals
- One of the largest innovations in the beer industry is simply that their standard 0% or low-alc option tastes better – all driven by premiumisation
Brands such as London Essence who can already boast low calories and the absence of artificial sweeteners in their product, offer dedicated Low & No recipes for their mixers.
